We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Virtual Support Assistant** to join our team and provide consistent support across **customer service, admin coordination, and basic operations**. This will be an **ongoing freelance role**, with the potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

### **Scope of Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly to **customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets**
- Manage and update customer records, spreadsheets, and CRM entries
- Assist with order tracking, basic troubleshooting, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for support escalations or updates
- Prepare summary reports, FAQs, and service feedback logs
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency in all communications

### **Preferred Skills and Tools:**

- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)  
- Strong time management and organizational skills  
- Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or HubSpot  
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)  
- Familiarity with task tools like Trello, Notion, or Slack is a plus

### **Availability:**

- 25 to 35 hours per week  
- Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM (your local time)  
- Flexibility for occasional weekend check-ins preferred but not mandatory
