(9)   Compile information on content and context of information to be translated to the intended audience

(10) Discuss translation requirements with clients to determine any service fees.

(11) Adapt software and accompanying technical documents to another language culture.

(12) Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with customers / Clients to understand project requirements

(13) Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

(14) Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage

(15) Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
